Plate separator (psm) picks up occasional ferromagnetic particles in the product, transferred on pneumatic transport.
Psm series feature a directional magnetic field, covering the open flow area of the pneumatic transport, where the product is moving. This allows removal of occasional ferromagnetic solids and particles. All plate magnetic separators contain magnets, based on nd-fe-b alloy and can be manufactured according to the standards of the food industry. Plate magnets do not require constant tendance, can be produced in different forms and sizes, power and configuration, depending on the exact operation conditions.
