Loading port : Any port of Indonesia
Delivery: First shipment shall be effected within 55 days to discharge port from the date of receipt of Letter of Credit and the subsequent shipments within 30 days after LC.
Inspection : Quality, Quantity, Weight by SGS at sellers cost at loading port.
Payment : Irrevocable, transferable &divisible, autorevolving letter of credit payable at the counter of the sellers bank. T/T reimburse is allowed. The L/C to be opened via Bank of China.
PBG: Letter of guarantee will be issue for the supplier failing which seller will pay a penalty of 2% of the total volume
